We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell waterproofing solutions for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and good communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new waterproofing business opportunities
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical details
Coordinate with technical and project teams for accurate costing
Follow up with clients, consultants, and contractors
Promote waterproofing systems (PU, membrane, epoxy, cementitious)
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve sales targets and support business growth
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and project status
Attend meetings, site visits, and client discussions
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum Experience over 2 years in waterproofing or construction sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of waterproofing systems
Ability to handle clients and site visits independently
UAE Driving License required
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
