Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through \xe2\x80\x9cClosing the Deal\xe2\x80\x9d
Developing, managing and maintaining an effective sales plans using sales methodology
Managing customer relations and sales with existing corporate customers and creating new customer accounts.
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
Generate new business leads and arrange meetings
Qualify leads and enquiries made to the business via telephone, email and web based communication platforms
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to win the deals
Lead the development and preparation of RFP\'s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
Achieving monthly, Quarter and yearly sales targets as agreed with management.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Preparation and submission of Quotations and techno-commercial proposals in co-ordination with the pre-sales.
Follow up submitted quotations & proposal with client and arranging weekly and monthly reports for the same.
Presented proposal and negotiated and closing price, terms & conditions with customers
Administering client accounts
Recording and maintaining client contact details
Responsible to finish the daily and weekly activities within the time frame for the submission of the quotation or Tender to the client Contractor
Preparing sales reports and report to head of sale and management, and directly work with Pre-Sale team & clients, and collaborate with operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Candidate should have an Engineering degree &/or Business degree in Sales / Marketing with Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in ELV & Security industry
Knowledge of integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active Networking Systems, AV Systems, Intrusion detection, intercom, Structure Cabling, GRMS, etc.
Good knowledge of the Security Systems and latest technologies
Good communication & Presentation skills
Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in technical sales and knowledge of technology.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong presentation skills
Must have a wide network connection of clients (Government , Hotel, Hospitality, End User clients, School, MEP\'s, etc)
Excellent knowledge and experience for using MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Strong verbal and written English communication skill
Valid UAE driving license.
