Have a relevant educational background or equivalent
Have experience with and interest in salary
Able to work systematically and is willing to take responsibility
Thrives working to set deadlines
Have experience with accounting, however, it is not a crucial requirement
Is ready for change
Is open to new IT systems and payroll systems
