Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex burn surgeries including skin grafting, microsurgery, debridement, and scar revision
• Lead multidisciplinary treatment planning involving critical care, rehabilitation, and allied health teams
• Maintain strict infection control, surgical safety, and evidence-based burn care standards
• Participate in clinical research, education programs, and quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee long-term rehabilitation involving physiotherapy, psychological support, and functional recovery programs

Ideal Profile

• MBBS or equivalent with board certification in General Surgery or Burns Surgery
• Fellowship training in Burns and Reconstructive Surgery
• Minimum 6 years post-certification experience in tertiary-level burn care
• Strong expertise in wound healing, microsurgery, and critical burn management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
