Job Description
We're looking for a
Leasing Agent
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and knows how to get things done efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with property owners to collect necessary documents Prepare and list properties with the marketing department Secure keys and arrange security clearance passes Conduct property viewings with potential tenants Follow up and negotiate to successfully close rental deals
Requirements:
UAE driving license and own car is must Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple listings and appointments Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
Compensation:
Basic salary + commission structure based on experience and performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED11,000.00 per month
