QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To understand the fault of all fire related items like fire alarm panel, detectors, fire extinguisher, break glass, fire pump, etc. and resolve the problem.
To coordinate with AMC contractors for routine maintenance service.
To arrange with tenants and AMC contractor to do fire drill every quarter.
To visit regularly ( at least each warehouse once in 15 days) and check all fire related fittings and fixtures are working in order.
To check if the tenants are blocking any fitting and fixtures against the rule.
Make sure overall functioning of all fire related items are in order at all time.
