SITE SAFETY OFFICER in Steel Construction
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
*A successful safety officer in this demanding industry requires a specific blend of knowledge and practical skills:
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and procedures relevant to construction.
Experience: Proven experience in a safety role, particularly within construction or industrial settings.
*Certifications: Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, or any relevant Safety Certification.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be diligent, detail-oriented, and decisive during emergencies.
