We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented

Safety Officer cum Site Supervisor

to oversee project execution while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. This dual role requires hands-on supervision of daily site activities and implementation of safety protocols to protect workers, assets, and the environment.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and local regulations. Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments. Maintain records of safety-related activities, incidents, and near misses. Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks for workers. Ensure proper usage of PPE and safety equipment. Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections and certifications (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality). Investigate and report incidents or unsafe conditions, proposing corrective actions.

Site Supervision Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per schedule and quality standards. Liaise with subcontractors, site engineers, and project managers for smooth execution. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site. Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Enforce discipline and site rules among workers and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

SARS Card / TARKHEES Card

(Mandatory)

NEBOSH / IOSH

certification (Preferred)

DDA / Dubai Municipality Approval

(Advantageous)

UAE Attested Graduation Degree

(Mandatory) Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with valid cards may also apply) Good communication and reporting skills Ability to manage teams and enforce safety culture on-site Valid

UAE driver's license

(Preferred)
