Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and inductions for all site staff.
Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near-miss incidents to management.
Assist in incident investigation and maintain safety records.
Support the Safety Engineer in implementing company safety policies.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
3+ years' experience in safety supervision in the construction or fit out industry.
Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
Strong communication and observation skills.
