Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Safety Officer

to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across our operations in our factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture in accordance with

Saudi Labor Law

,

Saudi Civil Defense

, and international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer's duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure compliance with

Saudi Labor Law

,

OSH regulations

, and company HSE policies Conduct regular

safety inspections, risk assessments, and site audits

Implement, monitor, and update

HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices

Investigate

accidents, incidents, and near-misses

, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions Deliver

safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training

for employees and contractors Ensure proper availability and correct use of

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records Coordinate and liaise with

Saudi government authorities

such as: Saudi Civil Defense Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) Other regulatory bodies when required Support emergency preparedness and fire safety procedures Perform any other HSE-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Safety Officer / HSE Officer

Valid OSHA Certification

Valid NEBOSH Certification

(IGC preferred) Good knowledge of

Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and labor law

Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations Strong communication and reporting skills Must Be

Saudi National

Preferred / Advantageous:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field Knowledge of

ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System

Experience working on

construction, industrial, oil & gas, or facilities projects

in KSA Familiarity with

Saudi Civil Defense requirements and permits

Ability to speak Both

English

and

Arabic.

Pay: ?4,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
