Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all site operations align with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards such as OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Implement PTW systems for high-risk activities like confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights.
Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBTs), emergency response training, and regular safety drills to ensure workforce preparedness.
Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate HSE records and reports, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
ADNOC HSE Approval: Mandatory for the role.
NEBOSH IGC Certification: Essential for safety management.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in HSE role.
