We provide operation and maintenance services for recycling plants as per the client's requirements. HMV is a service provider for Mining, Quarries and Recycling. We provide quality Machinery and Equipment as well as outstanding service to our clients.
We are looking for a competent Safety Officer with strong experience in construction or recycling plant operations. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of the OSHAD Framework System and be capable of implementing safety standards effectively at site level.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHAD framework.
Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with safe work practices.
Prepare and maintain documentation including risk assessments, daily and weekly safety reports.
Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure that all workers follow HSE standards and use proper PPE.
Coordinate with project and site teams for permit-to-work, LOTO, and other safety activities.
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for workforce.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Science,Engineering or Safety-related discipline).
NEBOSH IGC mandatory.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in construction or recycling plant projects.
Strong knowledge of OSHAD Framework System.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to prepare risk assessments, method statements, and daily HSE reports.
