Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to employees, subcontractors, and supervisors.
Maintain and track safety records, incident reports, and OSHA logs.
Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment are available and in good condition.
Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to incorporate safety into planning and scheduling.
Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
