Job Description
We are looking for an Safety Manager with Min 10+ years of UAE Experience in Construction Companies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and regularly update safety programs, procedures, and policies to address identified hazards. Ensure the organization complies with UAE safety regulations and safety standards. Organize training sessions for all employees to ensure they understand safety procedures and protocols. Handling site incident reports, corrective actions and prepare, submit reports to the senior level management. Regularly report safety performance to senior management and provide recommendations for improving safety practices. Organize and facilitate safety meetings with consultants and clients as needed. Ensure that the necessary resources are available to meet safety needs, including equipment, staffing, and training. Lead or coordinate emergency response during critical incidents, ensuring proper communication and action are taken.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering ( Preferably Civil Engineering) Min 10+ years of UAE Experience in Building Construction Companies Ability to lead safety teams and motivate employees to follow safety guidelines. Excellent communication skills to educate and inform staff at all levels. Quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions to mitigate safety risks. Expertise in UAE safety standards, laws, and regulations.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
