We are hiring a Safety Manager with solid experience in managing HSE operations for construction projects, especially high-rise buildings, in the UAE.
Requirements:
Based in the UAE
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the construction industry
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and compliance standards
Experience in site audits, safety training, and risk assessments
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
Monitor compliance with HSE policies across all project activities
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture on site
