Safety Manager
Job Description
Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks with site teams.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety standards.
Train staff and subcontractors on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Maintain safety documentation including permits, reports, and certifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to implement safety controls.
