Safety Manager - Construction Project

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and procedures. Conduct daily safety inspections and regular audits. Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Maintain detailed HSE records and compliance documentation. Coordinate with site management and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction safety role. Certification in OSHA / NEBOSH / CSP or equivalent. Up-to-date knowledge of local construction safety regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
