Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing facility to identify potential safety hazards.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Train employees on safety procedures and provide ongoing safety awareness training.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans.
Keep up-to-date with changes in safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Conduct safety audits and provide reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
NEBOSH certified
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.
Should have minimum 2 years of GCC experience in safety
