Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the workplace.
Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts.
Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participate in preparing and updating risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions regularly.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Maintain all HSE documentation, records, and reports in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Coordinate with site management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
Assist in emergency preparedness planning and conduct periodic emergency drills.
Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness among all employees.
