Job Description
Location:
UAEKey Responsibilities
Implement and monitor
UAE HSE laws
, including MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, OSHAD, and Civil Defence requirements Prepare and reviewRisk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS)
, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and PTW systems Conduct regularsite safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Ensure compliance withUAE Fire & Life Safety Code
and emergency preparedness plans Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; submit reports to management and authorities when required Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government inspectors Maintain statutory HSE records, permits, and compliance documentation Ensure proper use ofPPE
and enforcement of safe work practices Deliver safety induction and refresher training to employees and subcontractorsLegal & Regulatory Compliance (UAE)
MOHRE Occupational Safety & Health requirements Dubai Municipality / OSHAD safety guidelines UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) - preferred
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
NEBOSH IGC - Mandatory (widely accepted in UAE)
2-5 years of relevant experience in UAE projects Valid knowledge of UAE safety laws and site regulationsWork Conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
