Implement and monitor site safety plans in compliance with company and legal standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and client safety requirements.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams to identify potential hazards and preventive measures.
Maintain safety documentation, permits, and records for audits.
Provide safety training and awareness sessions to site personnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
NEBOSH
is mandatory.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in construction safety (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in report writing and incident investigation.
