We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced
Safety Manager
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and policies are strictly followed on all project sites and that a culture of safety is maintained throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health & Safety plans and procedures for construction sites.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HSE regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
Maintain documentation and safety records for audit readiness.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Safety Management role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
