At Bright Plus Fitout, safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Safety Engineer
to join our team and ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety across all levels of our operations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on project sites Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations Provide training and toolbox talks to workers and site supervisors Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety into planning and execution Maintain documentation and prepare safety reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fit-out or construction In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards Strong communication and leadership skills Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred
