Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Safety Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain our health and safety systems across all projects.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and company standards.

Lead site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports.

Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors.

Liaise with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into all phases of the project.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

5+ years' experience in safety engineering within the construction or fit out industry.

NEBOSH IGC certification required; OSHA certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
