Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing mechanical engineering projects (Sales/ Services), supervising teams of engineers, overseeing procurement in Power Generation, Desalination, Cement Plants, and Oil & Gas industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, with a focus on Adnoc specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mechanical engineering team.
Ensure compliance with Adnoc standards and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
5-6 Years Experience required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on Adnoc projects.
In-depth knowledge of Adnoc standards and regulations.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in the power Generation, Desalination, Cement Plants, and Oil & Gas industries is a plus.
