About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Rust Developer
with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Rust programming, system-level development, and experience in building efficient, reliable, and secure applications.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using
Rust
. Write efficient, safe, and high-performance code with a focus on reliability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Work on system-level programming, concurrency, and memory management. Stay updated with the latest Rust features, libraries, and ecosystem tools.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of hands-on development experience in Rust.
Strong understanding ofmemory safety, concurrency, and system-level programming.
Familiarity with frameworks/libraries such asTokio, Actix, Rocket, Diesel, or Serde
. Experience withREST APIs, WebAssembly (Wasm), or blockchain/crypto projects
is a plus. Knowledge ofGit, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes
preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Good to Have
Exposure to
C/C++ or Go
along with Rust. Experience indistributed systems, blockchain, or cryptography
. Contribution toopen-source Rust projects

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
