We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Solana Rust Developer to design, implement, and optimize on-chain solutions for our blockchain platform. The ideal candidate will have deep Rust programming expertise, hands-on experience with Solana blockchain, and a strong understanding of decentralized systems. You will play a key role in building high-performance smart contracts and blockchain services that are secure, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and implement robust Solana smart contracts using Rust and the Anchor framework. Build on-chain systems for storage deals, payment escrow, and provider reputation tracking. Integrate Solana Pay and other blockchain payment mechanisms for real-time transactions. Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to translate requirements into secure and efficient smart contract logic. Perform thorough code reviews, testing, and optimization to ensure high-performance, gas-efficient, and secure contracts. Research and recommend best practices for Solana development, on-chain architecture, and token standards. Stay current with blockchain trends, Solana updates, and emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements:

Expert-level Rust programming skills with professional experience developing complex systems. Hands-on experience with Solana blockchain, Anchor framework, and Solana CLI. Proven track record of building secure and scalable smart contracts. Familiarity with Web3.js, Solana RPC, and SPL token development. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and on-chain data management. Ability to design systems with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
