Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow business with buyers, distributors, and key partners in
Russia and CIS markets
.
Identify, approach, and secure
new clients and distribution channels
for our product lines.
Manage
sales negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract execution
with international clients.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the
Dubai head office
to align sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain
long-term, trust-based relationships
with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Fluent in Russian
(spoken and written) - essential.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in international sales, export, or business development.
Strong understanding of
CIS markets
and business practices.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Based in Dubai
or willing to relocate (on-site role in Deira).
Proficient in English
for internal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
