Alton General Trading is hiring a Russian-speaking Sales Executive to expand our export sales into CIS countries. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, strong knowledge of CIS markets, and the ability to identify and connect with new buyers, distributors, and business partners. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities and growing international sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business with buyers and distributors in Russia and CIS markets Identify and secure new clients and sales opportunities for our electronics and consumer products Manage negotiations, contracts, and pricing with international buyers Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships Conduct market research and competitor analysis in CIS markets Work closely with our Dubai team to achieve export sales growth
Requirements:

Fluent in Russian (spoken & written) Previous experience in sales, export, or business development with Russia/CIS markets 2+ years of proven experience in international sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate (on-site role in Deira) English proficiency for internal coordination
Preferred:

Background in export sales or general trading Existing network of buyers/clients in Russia or CIS region Highly motivated, ambitious, and sales-driven personality
