Job Title: Reception/Patient Coordinator (Russian/English Speaking) La Familia Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception/Patient Coordinator who is fluent in both Russian and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a medical center environment and be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical center.
- Schedule appointments and ensure that patients are seen by the appropriate healthcare professional in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries about appointments, medical procedures, and general information about the medical center.
- Manage patient records and ensure that they are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect payments for services rendered.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Provide translation services for patients who are not fluent in English.
- Fluency in both Russian and English.
- Experience in a medical center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical record systems.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
