Key One Realty Group is a premier Real Estate Solutions Provider in Dubai is Urgently looking for Russian Speaking Chief Accountant who can join immediately. s Participate in organizing department work on setting up and maintaining accounting. Participate in creation of accounting policy of the company in accordance with the relevant legislation based on specific business environment, structure, size, industry. Supervise maintenance and operation of accounting system in accordance with requirements of accounting field, tax, statistical and management accounting, ensures provision of the necessary accounting information to internal and external users. Propose and participate in implementationof new developments in 1C. Organize maintenance of accounting registers applying modern information technologies, progressive forms and methods of accounting and control, organize execution of cost estimates, accounting of assets, liabilities, fixed assets, material and production supplies, cash, financial, settlement and credit operations, production and circulation costs, sale of products, performance of works (services). Responsible for a wide range of activities including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports. Ensure timely and accurate reflection in 1C of all business operations/transactions, movement of assets, formation of income and expenses, fulfillment of obligations. Control compliance with the primary accounting documents execution procedure. Organize information support of management accounting, accounting of production costs, accounting by responsibility centers and activity segments, creation of internal management reporting. Development of the production budget of the company and evaluate capital investment proposals. Budget execution and implementation and cost estimation, prepare accounting and statistical reports upon request. Forecast financial developments of the company. Planning, control and stimulation. Create accounting reports in accordance with Dubai legislation and company policies, to provide information for planning, analysis, control, evaluation of financial position and results of the company activity. Prepare and execute work plan of accounting ledgers, which shall contain synthetic and analytical accounts, primary accounting documents, used for registration of business operations and for creation of internal accounting reports.
