Position Overview

We are looking for a

Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Dubai's property market, fluent in both

Russian and English

, and skilled in closing deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through various channels. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract closings. Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal requirements. Maintain relationships with property developers and clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Fluency in Russian and English

(both spoken and written) -- mandatory. Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy in Dubai (1+ year preferred). Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain). UAE driving license (advantage).
