To deliver luggage, messages, faxes and guest belongings efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring that they are handled with utmost care and responsibility.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services and outlets
Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards Casts and Guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times
Actively use the Guests name
Be aware of and follow all relevant SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, Policies and Procedures of Paramount Hotel
Act as a sales person of Paramount Hotel and is able to sell our products
Perform any related duties as requested by the Front Stage Management
Assist guests with loading and unloading of luggage as well as delivering it to and collecting it from the guest\xe2\x80\x99s room ensuring that no damage is being done to any piece of luggage
Deliver any faxes, messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, etc. to guest rooms in a timely manner, verifying the guest\xe2\x80\x99s name and room number at all times
Record any guest deliveries and storage items accurately, using the correct forms
Issue luggage tags to the guests for any items received
Store guest\xe2\x80\x99s luggage according to the Paramount Hotel established procedure
Assist guests with directions within the hotel (i.e. guide them to their room, a restaurant etc.)
