We're enjoying unrivaled success as a formidable disruptor in the paid online search advertising industry. : Knowledge of and experience in affiliate marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB Exchange is required. Those who have existing partnerships with DSPs will be of the highest level of interest and likely have the shortest ramp time once hired for the position. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. Responsibilities:

• Educate clients and internal teams on the value of Programmatic and understand the value it brings to different business models and drive client adoption

• Collaborate with digital leads to evangelize Programmatic and deliver on revenue targets

• Understand the technology landscape that key partners/vendors bring and select/recommend appropriate tactics basis the client's requirements

• Deliver Programmatic strategy for clients. Build case studies with clients across key verticals

• Lead operations and leverage technologies, including but not limited to DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers, and SSPs to augment RTB buys

• Manage client campaigns including strategy development, campaign execution, report delivery, and client communication

• Drive the development of processes, documents, checklists, etc. to ensure operational efficiency and continual improvement for both new and existing clients.

• Work closely with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and execution of campaigns

• Manage premium US inventories

• Manage monthly billing

• Media buying and selling on major programmatic platforms

• Growing the account within a year with decent margins

• Manage campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, Mgid, and Yahoo along with direct publisher tie-ups, OEM partnerships, Push notification platform tie-ups, and sms+email campaigns

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• UG/PG, MBA preferred

• 3+ years of experience with DSP/SEM and/or advertising networks and/or direct publishers with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities

• Hands-on experience working with RTB media (DSPs, Google Display Network, Google AdX, or in-house ad-network tools)

• Must have a sound understanding of ad-server technologies i.e. Doubleclick, Sizmek, DMP(Lotame, AAM, crux, Bluekai, etc.)

• Ability to interpret campaign performance, including media, creative, and landing page, while providing creative insights and solutions to meet campaign challenges

• Proven history of delivering ahead of client goals and extremely strong understanding of Online Media and the Programmatic landscape

• Experience across multiple DSPs (DV360, TTD, MediaMath, Amazon, etc)

• Experience in delivering client decks, programmatic strategy, and new pitches

• Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them

• Problem-solving and attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment

• Team player & strong communication skills
