The Role
Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are hiring an RPA Specialist for their Abu Dhabi office. Key aspects of the role include: - Identify and develop innovative service delivery solutions to drive operational and strategic changes. - Analyse business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization. - Assist in the deployment of service excellence initiatives by developing action plans to drive enhancement in business processes by leveraging RPA technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for RPA implementation in CRM processes.

Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Open to candidates willing to relocate to UAE. - Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field. - Certification in RPA. - Minimum 4 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry of which at least 2 years\' experience as an Analyst delivering RPA projects. - Knowledge of banking products and processes. - Sound knowledge of AI and Machine Learning (ML). - Proficiency in using RPA tools (i.e., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) - Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
