The Role
One of the leading banks in the UAE is actively recruiting a Product Manager - Cards to be based in Dubai . Key aspects of the role include: - Responsible for the marketability and profitability of products. - Build and maintain good relationships with key personnel in assigned portfolio. - Identify and implement a comprehensive strategy for product enhancement. - Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization. - Build a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to enhance their skills as required including products and engagement skills.

Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Bachelors\' Degree. MBA is a plus. - Minimum 10+ years of banking experience with proven experience in product management, preferably within the UAE. - Strong knowledge of commercial cards and business credit cards. - Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
