Job Overview:
As an RPA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate repetitive tasks and processes within the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design automation workflows, and deploy RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of RPA solutions to ensure they are efficient and error-free.
- Maintain and monitor deployed bots to ensure continuous operation and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide training on using RPA tools.
- Document RPA processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs and comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Continuously evaluate RPA performance and implement improvements to optimize processes.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to suggest enhancements to existing automation solutions.
- Design and implement automation processes that integrate seamlessly with CRM, databases, and other systems such as HRMS and Finance Department platform.
- Create clear documentation for automated processes and provide guidance to team members on RPA best practices.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure smooth automation deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions (preferably with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, automation best practices, and process optimization.
- Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#.
- Experience with process analysis and business requirements gathering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration with RPA.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with RPA tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
