Responsible for scheduling deliveries and their follow-ups.
To ensure the delivery documents are properly acknowledge by customers.
To calculate the commission of the delivery drivers and helpers.
Supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager with necessary reports.
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints
Able to respond to any enquiries via telephone.
Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
