The Rotational Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple kitchen sections on a rotational basis. This role requires flexibility, strong culinary skills, and the ability to adapt to different cuisines and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per company standards.
Rotate across various sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, grill, etc.) based on operational requirements.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met.
Support menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven culinary experience in multi-cuisine or multi-section kitchens.
Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen roles.
