We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access Technicians to perform high-level maintenance, inspection, and installation works on building facades and structures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in rope access operations (IRATA Level I, II, or III) and a strong understanding of safety procedures and working at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out facade cleaning, glass installation, maintenance, painting, and inspection tasks using rope access techniques.
Follow all IRATA safety standards and company HSE procedures at all times.
Conduct visual inspections and prepare reports on work performed or identified defects.
Assist in rigging, rope setup, and equipment checks before and after use.
Ensure all tools and materials are securely handled while working at height.
Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and project managers to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
Support other on-site trades when necessary, including facade repair and sealant works.
Requirements:
IRATA Certification
(Level I)
Minimum
2 years of rope access experience
(preferably in facade or maintenance work)
Strong understanding of rope access safety procedures and rescue techniques
Physically fit and medically cleared for working at heights
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
Valid UAE driving license
(preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Experience:
Facade cleaning and maintenance
Glass installation and sealing
Painting and coating works
Structural inspection and repair
Industrial rope access in construction or oil & gas sectors
