Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and certified Rope Access Technicians to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, inspection, and cleaning tasks at height using rope access techniques. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rope access work including cleaning, painting, sealing, facade maintenance, installation, and inspection. Ensure all rope access equipment is properly inspected and maintained. Follow all IRATA (or equivalent) safety procedures and site-specific safety requirements. Conduct pre-job risk assessments and implement safety measures. Report and document all activities, including daily work logs and incident reports. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure work completion as per project timelines. Assist in the setup and dismantling of access systems and safety equipment.

Requirements:

Certification:

Valid

IRATA Level I, II, or III

(mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as a Rope Access Technician (preferably in facade cleaning, maintenance, or construction).

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Strong understanding of rope access systems, rigging, and safety procedures. Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently. Good physical fitness and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Language:

Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

facade works, glazing, painting, or mechanical/electrical maintenance

. Knowledge of

UAE safety regulations

and

work-at-height standards

. First Aid certification (advantage).
