Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and certified IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3 Rope Access Technicians to perform high-level exterior cleaning tasks such as facade cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing using rope access techniques. Candidates must follow all health and safety protocols and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Common Responsibilities (All Levels):

Perform exterior cleaning services on high-rise buildings using rope access. Inspect, clean, and maintain assigned equipment and PPE. Adhere to all IRATA, HSE, and company guidelines and policies. Report any incidents, near-misses, or equipment defects. Complete daily job reports and communicate progress to the supervisor.

Level-Specific Responsibilities:

IRATA Level 1 (Technician):

Carry out rope access cleaning tasks under direct supervision. Set up rigging as per supervisor's instructions. Assist Level 2/3 technicians in job execution and safety setup. Maintain tools and equipment assigned.
IRATA Level 2 (Experienced Technician):

Perform complex cleaning operations and minor rigging tasks. Supervise Level 1 technicians on-site. Install and manage basic rope systems under the supervision of a Level 3. Identify and address minor faults or risks during operations.
IRATA Level 3 (Team Leader / Supervisor):

Responsible for planning, supervision, and safety of rope access operations. Conduct job risk assessments and toolbox talks before work begins. Design and install complete rigging systems. Rescue planning and implementation in case of emergencies. Lead and manage team performance and ensure compliance with IRATA standards.
Requirements:

Education & Certification:

Valid IRATA Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) Valid Occupational Safety and Health Certification First Aid and Rescue Training (especially for Level 3)
Experience:

Level 1: Minimum 6 months experience in rope access or cleaning (preferred) Level 2: At least 1,000 hours logged as Level 1 and 1+ years' experience Level 3: Minimum 2,000 hours logged with proven supervisory experience
Skills:

Strong knowledge of rope access techniques and safety systems Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights Team player with good communication skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in high-rise and extreme conditions Flexible hours including early mornings or weekends Must wear full PPE and safety gear at all times

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
