FM Root Cause Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular

site visits

to inspect facility systems and infrastructure. Analyze performance and identify issues in

HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing

, and other

MEP systems

. Prepare clear, structured

technical reports

highlighting observed issues, root causes, and recommendations. Recommend

corrective actions

,

preventive measures

, and

system upgrades

based on site findings. Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to coordinate necessary follow-up works. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations

and

operational standards

during inspections and reporting. Maintain detailed records of all site visits, inspections, and technical documentation for auditing purposes. Support

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

planning and participate in site audits. Participate in technical meetings to gather and clarify information for report development. Ensure that all reports are delivered on time and meet the company's quality and formatting standards.

Qualifications:

A minimum of

2 years of experience

in facilities inspection, technical reporting, or engineering-related roles. Strong background in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

or a related technical field. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with

technical writing tools

or

reporting software

is a plus. High attention to detail and strong ability to analyze technical data and generate accurate reports. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A professional attitude and appearance at all times. Fluency in

English

is required;

Arabic

is preferred.

Bachelor's degree

in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Additional certifications in

technical documentation, inspections, or facilities management

are an advantage.
