What You'll Do

• Receive room service orders by phone, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide menu recommendations, answer guest inquiries, and input orders into the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and relevant departments for timely preparation and delivery.
• Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and handle special dietary requirements.
• Ensure accurate billing, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of room service supplies and report shortages to management.
• Keep the order-taking area clean and organized in line with hotel standards.
• Support team members by assisting with tray setup, table arrangements, and deliveries during peak hours.
