As Room Service Order Taker, we rely on you to:
- Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Have a thorough knowledge of food beverage menu, ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request
- Coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Loves interacting with guests
- Believes in teamwork
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
- A self-starter and a team player
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
- Enjoys being challenged
