Room Attendant
Job Description
Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replace used amenities and supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and safely.
