Job Description
For a leader in the telecom market we are looking for Romanian speakers that help customers via inbound calls.

- You have experience in a similar position.
- You have a technical background or quickly build up technical insights
- You have a sense of responsibility.
- You are customer-oriented (both internally and externally).
- You are proactive, decisive and easily make decisions.
- You have strong analytical skills and are result-oriented.
- You are creative, innovative, driven and stress resistant.
- You are fluent in Romanian and English or French
