We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Roll Forming Operator
to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating roll forming machines to produce high-quality metal parts and products. If you have a passion for precision, efficiency, and safety, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain roll forming machines to produce metal parts per specifications. Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machine settings for different product requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred). Proven experience as a Roll Forming Operator or similar role in manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
