1-5 Years in Tissue Paper / Converting MachinesJob Responsibilities:
Operate tissue converting machines such as
rewinder, napkin machine, facial tissue machine, kitchen towel line, jumbo roll rewinder
, etc. Set machine parameters (speed, tension, embossing, perforation) as per product requirements. Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous production without stoppage. Check product quality (size, softness, perforation, embossing, GSM, length). Load and unload jumbo rolls, cores, and packing materials safely. Identify and report any technical or mechanical issues. Perform minor adjustments and routine cleaning during operation. Maintain production logs, material usage, and output reports. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working area.Skills & Requirements:
Experience operating tissue converting machines. Basic mechanical knowledge for adjustments. Understanding of quality standards and product measurements. Ability to work in shifts and handle production deadlines. Teamwork and good communication skills.
