Role: PA / House Manager Days: 5 - 6 days per week (Time off in lieu when family are travelling) Hours: 8.30am - 6:30pm Location: Private Household, Dubai Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 AED Per Month (Depending on experience) Start: ASAP We are seeking an experienced, flexible and dynamic House Manager for an UHNW Principal based in Dubai. The House Manager will ensure all of the PrincipalaEUR(TM)s needs are met and anticipated. You will manage a small household team fielding their general day to day queries to ensure an efficient, productive, and happy team. You will be responsible for taking care of all admin from managing the staff rotas, household accounts, invoices, insurances and expenses, diary management, travel arrangements, errand running, and personal shopping. YouaEUR(TM)ll be assisting with events and various project management too. Whilst the property has regular maintenance in place, they are looking for a candidate who has strong working knowledge of electronic and AV systems to help troubleshoot, run software updates, or simplify any issues before escalating them. YouaEUR(TM)ll also manage the car fleet and their regular maintenance. The Family travel frequently to other global residences and would like their PA/House Manager to travel with them. They are also looking for a candidate who can confidently drive too. Candidates should have proven longevity within formal households and be open to become involved in every aspect of the household from the big projects to the smaller tasks. There will be occasional contact out of hours, so a flexible approach is key. Minimum Requirements:
